If your seeds don't sprout within 30 days of planting, we reship the same variety once. No arguments.
How It Works
- Wait the full germination window. Check the seed packet. Most sprout in 5-14 days.
- Take a photo. A photo of the soil/pot, clearly showing the variety label.
- Reply to your order email. Include the photo, which variety, and how often you watered.
- We review within 24 hours. If it's a seed issue, we reship.
What's Covered

What's Not Covered
❌ Seeds that sprouted then died ❌ Orders older than 90 days ❌ Seeds planted outside their recommended season ❌ More than 2 varieties per order
Why the Limits
We're a small team. Unlimited reshipment would make the kits cost twice as much.
Common Questions
What if only 1 out of 5 seeds didn't sprout? That's normal. Our guarantee covers significant failures (less than 50%).
Do I need to send the original seeds back? No.
What if the replacement doesn't sprout either? Reply to the replacement email. We'll look again.
Can I get a refund instead? Yes, for the affected variety.
Does this cover other brands? No. Only ZOMAE kits.
