How to Prune Basil for More Leaves

How to Prune
- Find a leaf node (where leaves meet stem).
- Cut above it with scissors.
- Two new stems grow from that node.
- Repeat every 2-3 weeks.

When you see buds at the top:
- Pinch them off with fingers.
- Flowering stops leaf production.
When to Start
- 6-8 inches tall.
- 2-3 sets of true leaves.
