Day 25: She Ate a Radish She Grew
My daughter harvested her first radish today. She ate it. She asked to plant more.
The Harvest
She pulled it herself. One perfect round radish. About 1 inch wide.
Her Reaction
“I grewed this.” Then she ate it in one bite. Then she asked for another.
What She Said
“This is the best radish I ever had.”
It was a radish. From our pot. But to her, it was everything.
What’s Next
She wants to plant more radishes. And check the sunflowers (which are now taller than her).
What I Learned
Kids need fast wins. Radishes in 25 days is perfect.
The sunflower is now 3 feet tall. She calls it “my baby.”
