Where do you ship? Currently: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore.
How long does shipping take?
- US: 3-5 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
- Remote areas: add 3-5 days
How much does shipping cost?
- US orders over $35: free
- US orders under $35: $4.95
- International: calculated at checkout
Compliance
Do you provide phytosanitary certificates? Yes, where required by the destination country.
What is a phytosanitary certificate? An official document from the exporting country’s plant protection agency.
Which countries require a phytosanitary certificate? Most countries. The US, EU, UK, Australia, and Japan all require one.
Are all your seeds non-GMO? Yes.
Customs
Will I pay customs fees? International orders may be subject to import duties.
What if my order is held at customs? Contact us. We’ll provide documentation.
What if my order is refused by customs? We’ll refund the order minus shipping costs.
